Yes. Every job in our price book has a fixed price that includes labour and standard parts. You approve the price before any work starts, and it doesn’t change if the job takes longer.
Our average emergency arrival across the core service area is 47 minutes, day or night. Extended areas are usually under 90 minutes.
Every technician is a background-checked employee, not a subcontractor, and holds the state licence for their trade. We carry $2M liability insurance on every job.
Labour is guaranteed for 12 months and parts for the manufacturer’s warranty. If the same fault comes back, we fix it free of charge.
Someone over 18 should be there to let us in and sign off the job. Members can leave a key in our lockbox scheme for planned maintenance.
